Melisa Njuguna
Chief Operating Officer
Melisa Njuguna is the current Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Normadsol.
Melisa has earned her place in the company after being promoted from the position of Director of Project Management. She has also worked as a Product Line Manager at Google Kenya. Melisa studied Operations Management at the University of Nairobi.
Her duties is to ensure that the company come up with the best operation strategies, control, planning, embracing design, performance improvement etc.
