Ideal (Bootcamp) is a 6 Weeks Career and Business Workshop by Normadsol that empower people, especially, YOUTHS and WOMEN, to succeed by connecting them into mastermind groups of 5 to 20 members.
Our main aim is to provide a common platform where aspiring and established entrepreneurs among other professionals under 40 years, can connect, interact and discuss various issues affecting their careers and businesses.
Through this project, we offer training, networking and accelerator programs that are aimed at strategically positioning our members for growth and success.

How It Started?
Ideal (Bootcamp) Africa is an idea by Jack Ambajo, who is the Founder and CEO of Normadsol to empower YOUTHS and WOMEN who are mostly affected by high rate of unemployment, poverty, drug and substance abuse among other socio-economic challenges.
Jack observed that these are people who are mainly under 40 years. With increasing use of technology, shrinking job opportunities and rapidly growing population among African countries, lies a great danger ahead if not addressed sooner.
Since time immemorial, men and women have achieved great success through cooperation.
In our world today, people seemed to have alienated from each other. That spirit of coming together seems to be fading away, while it still remains a fundamental aspect of our lives.
Through Ideal (Bootcamp), we are building bridges and cultivating that spirit of togetherness towards social cohesion and economic development. This is a platform that offers individuals and organizations an opportunity to create a difference through knowledge based approach, investment activities and social integration.
We believe that everybody deserves an opportunity to be free, live a dignified life and pursue happiness at his or her own discretion.
How Ideal (Bootcamp) is Managed?
Ideal Bootcamp! is a program under Normadsol Holdings and is managed fully by a selected team of professionals, led by Jack Ambajo as the Executive Director.

c) Investment Programs
This is a Mastermind Group Investment Program that aims at enabling Youths and Women under 40 years to achieve their goals faster through group savings and investments. We do this in groups of 5 to 20 members. That means that each member in a group will contribute a certain amount of money on weekly basis for a Trial Period of 6 Weeks.
If members of that group are satisfied with the outcome of their operations after the 6 week trial period, then they can continue the program under supervision of Normadsol Holdings.
Through Ideal (Bootcamp) Investment Programs, members will:
Develop a savings culture hence capital growth and preservation.
Mobilize their individual resources for their collective economic development thus uplifting their living standards.
Develop entrepreneurship competencies both at individual and group level by utilizing their inherent talents and skills.
Enhance cooperation and social cohesion among members and community they come from due to shared common goals.

Our Objectives
Idea (Bootcamp)Â objectives are as follows:

To identify problems, encountered by the members and finding solutions for feasible implementation of the same.
To develop linkages with Companies, Agencies and NGOs for financial and non-financial assistance and support.

How Ideal (Bootcamp) Works
Ideal (Bootcamp) Africa takes into account various operation strategies to meet its objectives of being the leading and the biggest platform where Youths and Women Under 40 Years from different backgrounds can connect, interact and discuss various issues affecting them socially and economically.
1.1. PARTICIPATION
Participation in this group is divided into two categories, that is:
a ) Beneficiaries
Beneficiaries are those who benefit from this program directly. They include Individuals, Groups or Corporate. As mentioned above, we offer 6 weeks career and business workshop, which includes: Networking, Accelerator and Investment Programs.
Beneficiaries pay an annual registration fee of Ksh. 1000, 5,000Â and 10,000Â for individuals, groups and corporates respectively.
b) Partnership
Partnership is for those who would like to be involved in the operations and success of this program in one way or the other. Mostly these are Investors, Donors, Government Agencies, NGOs and Well wishers.
c) Volunteers
Volunteers are people and professionals who like to offer their expertise or professional services for free for the benefit of this program and our operations. You are welcomed.
1.2. PROGRAM OFFERING
All programs under Ideal (Bootcamp), goes through 6 Weeks trial period, with an option of extension as shall be agreed between IBN and a Beneficiary.
During that period, we shall offer, Weekly Networking Events, 6 Weeks Accelerator Programs and 6 Week Group Investment Program.

Despite our main target being Youths and Women Under 40 Years, participating in this programs open to all. We believe that together we can do great things and make a huge impact on our lives, that of others and the community we come from.
To Get Started with Ideal (Bootcamp)
Beneficiaries are required to make a formal membership registration request by filling either online and physical registration form with all the correct details as requested.
Partners are required to make formal partnership request by signing an agreement form stipulating all the clauses of the agreement.
Volunteers shall make formal application, indicating their request to be part of the staff of Ideal (Bootcamp) and they must comply will all the Human Resource policies and guidelines of the program.
